  সমস্যা: আমার পিসির কনফিগারেশন ইন্টেল ডুয়াল কোর ৩.২ গিগাহার্টজ, মাদারবোর্ড গিগাবাইট জি ৪১, ২ গিগাবাইট ডিডিআর ২ র‌্যাম ও ৩২০ গিগাবাইট হার্ডডিস্ক। আমি উইন্ডোজ সেভেন ব্যবহার করি। পিসি কাজ করার সময় হঠাৎ করেই হ্যাং করে। গেম খেলার সময় অনেক বেশিসংখ্যক বার হ্যাং করে। এ সমস্যা দূর করার জন্য আমি উইন্ডোজ নতুন করে ইনস্টল দিয়েছি। কিন্তু কোনো লাভ হয়নি। ভাইরাস আছে কিনা, তা দেখার জন্য নতুন ক্যাসপারস্কি ২০১২ ইন্টারনেট সিকিউরিটি কিনে তা দিয়ে পুরো হার্ডডিস্ক স্ক্যান করেছি। কিন্তু তাতেও কোনো লাভ হয়নি। দয়া করে আমার সমস্যার সমাধান দ্রম্নত জানালে বেশ উপকৃত হব।  সমাধান: পিসিতে সফটওয়্যারজনিত সমস্যা নেই বলে মনে হচ্ছে। র‌্যাম স্লটে র‌্যাম ঠিকমতো না বসলে বা কিছুটা ঢিলা হয়ে গেলে এমন সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে। যদি দুটি র‌্যাম স্লটে আলাদা বাসস্পিডের র‌্যাম লাগানো হয়, সেক্ষেত্রেও এ সমস্যা হতে পারে। র‌্যাম স্লট থেকে র‌্যাম খুলে তা আবার ভালোমতো স্লটে লাগিয়ে নিন। যদি আলাদা বাসস্পিডের দুটি র‌্যাম ব্যবহার করে থাকেন, তবে তা বদল করে একই বাসস্পিডের র‌্যাম কিনুন। র‌্যাম স্লটে ময়লা থাক...
